Payments & Delivery
Picture Perfect Cakes is a home run company based in Randburg – Johannesburg.
- We deliver to all areas in Johannesburg. Delivery is charged according to area. Delivery charges start at R50.00
- We operate Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00 and Saturday 08h00 to 11h00. Sunday deliveries/orders will be charged at an additional rate of R150.00 over and above original fee.
- Small orders require 48 hours notice, any orders with less than 48 hours notice may be charged an R150.00 rush fee.
- Large orders require a minimum of 14 working days notice, any large orders placed with less than 14 working days will be charged a rush fee of 25% of the total bill. Large orders with less than 14 working days notice will only be carried out if all stock required is available.
- All small orders will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total to confirm the order. The remainder is to be paid on delivery / collection.
- All Large orders will require a non refundable deposit of 70% of the total to confirm the order. The remainder is to be paid 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
- All balances due on Wedding cakes are to be paid 24 hours prior to the event, unless otherwise pre arranged
- All goods are delivered /collected as is and may not be changed for other goods or refund on cancellations. No cancellations will be refunded.
- All orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for in full.
- Please note that if you do not state the flavour you require in time Picture Perfect Cakes will complete your order in vanilla sponge.
- Once an order has been accepted, we will not take responsibility for damage occurred once it has left our bakery and if the client has changed their mind about the appearance of the order.
- Please make sure all details about your order are correct in the invoice.
